Vanguard - Personal Investor - Forced to reauthenticate

My brokerage account with Vanguard has the proverbial "exclamation mark" next to it in the account listing. The error says that I need to reauthenticate the account with a code of FDP-350. I have reauthenticated each day using the app when I check my info on Simplifi. It seemed to complete the reauthentication but then it asks me to reauthenticate the next day. I tried to reauthenticate using the Simplifi Windows "app" (the chrome extension standalone). Those attempts just show the spinning circle. It doesn't seem to complete the reauthentication. I have to select abort to stop the spinning circle. Can someone help me clear this issue?

It looks like the persistent reauthorization prompts with Vanguard have been escalated internally. While the issue is researched, you can follow our Alert here for updates:
In the meantime, you will want to continue reauthorizing when prompted to keep your accounts connected and updated. If you experience any trouble reauthorizing on the Web App, we suggest doing so from the Mobile App.
