I'm seeing in other posts that the Target issues are resolved, but now I'm getting this error after making my account manual and then attempting to setup a new link? Anyone else having this issue? And do the admins have a potential fix? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! I can see the FDP-103 error you are receiving from our side as well. Typically, you will receive error code 103 when an invalid username and password have been entered for the bank you are trying to connect with. I would try the following steps to verify if the issue is credential-related:
