Missing NewRez for loan connection. Have requested multiple times. Other financial apps can connect without issue.

Also why do transactions for loans not appear in mobile? Also something other apps have figured out…

NewRez is currently not supported for connectivity in Quicken Simplifi. We tried adding them with our Finicity aggregator, but it didn't work and we learned that NewRez is blocking us long-term, so that option is being removed:

The request for NewRez that I just linked in can be followed for any future updates if/when they become available.

As for transactions in loan accounts, if the account is connected, loan transactions are not supported. If the account is manual, you can add and manage transactions in the account. This is the same on both the Quicken Simplifi Web and Mobile Apps, and is the intended design.
