Connection Issues New York State Deferred Compensation Plan - FDP-102 error (edited)

This account has worked fine for quite a while, but has been giving errors (including FDP-102) for at least a couple weeks now. Have others been having issues? This plan is managed on the backend by Nationwide https:// www.nysdcp.com

    @JohnR831, thanks for posting this issue to the Community!

    When viewing New York State Deferred Compensation in Quicken Simplifi, I see a connection error banner stating that there is connection issues. This means that there is a known outage. For now, I would recommend trying to connect every so often. Once you see that the banner is gone, you should be able to connect again!

    In the meantime, you can maintain the account by adding manual transactions as they occur: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/3348103-managing-transactions-in-quicken-simplifi#h_85ca9fed99

    Or, if the account is an investment account, you can disconnect it so you're able to edit and add holdings as needed, and then reconnect it when the known outage is resolved. Let us know if this is the case, and if you need any of the steps to accomplish this!
