    Thanks for reaching out! I can see that you are receiving an FDP-106 error when trying to connect. Error code FDP-106 typically indicates that either the account name or account number has changed at your bank.

    Can you let us know if you are trying to connect for the first time in Quicken Simplifi, or are you trying to update an existing account? In the case of the latter, I would try a fresh connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
