Quicken Error Reconciling Bank Act

I have an opening balance (qb matches bank), add deposits (qb matches bank) then deduct payments (qb matches bank) . The Quicken balance is off, (bank is correct) it doesn't add up. I've had this issue before in a transaction, which I deleted and started over but not sure how to fix this issue when in a bank account.
