Truist Bank is not connecting anymore

Starting some time this past week, Truist Bank is no longer connecting for me. I have tried resetting the connection, and I am now receiving this message:
To connect to your account, you must complete an action at the website for Truist Online Banking.
Care Code: FDP-108
What does this mean? What do I have to do?

If you are still seeing the FDP-108 error, it means that the financial institution needs you to do something on their website. To troubleshoot, log into the financial institution's website directly, and check for any pop-ups or messages. If you don't see any, you may need to try logging into the financial institution's website using a different browser or using incognito mode. You may also need to check if you need to update/create security questions on the financial institution's website and if there are any terms & conditions that you need to review/accept.
