Why won't all my accounts update when I click on the Update Accounts button?

I've tried clicking on Preferences-Pending Transactions-Account Settings-and no accounts appear to select. I have 4 checking accounts and 2 savings accounts.

Based on your description of the issue, it sounds like you're using Quicken Classic. This is the Quicken Simplifi Community.
