Can I set custom budget dates in Simplifi?

rather than the 1st to the 30th of the month my paycycles are on the 20th of the month.. can I set a budget from the 20th of a month thru the 19th of the next month.. I need to be able to track spending for time frame that goes from one month into the next not just one month.

Thank you for the reply. Budgeting in Quicken Simplifi is slightly different than what you would see in Quicken Classic, since there is no direct "budget" feature. Quicken Simplifi creates a Spending Plan automatically based on the Recurring Income, Bills, and Subscriptions you've set up, leaving the money that's left over as available to budget or save for other items, or to spend as desired. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4212702-understanding-your-spending-plan

I am not comparing it to Quicken.. I am sorry I am not able to correctly ask the question. does it run on a month by month basis or can I adjust the dates so I can see a picture of what I have spent or what I have left from my "spending plan" dates which run from the 20th of one month into the next month,, rather than my spending plan starting on the first of the month i need to see where things are inbtwn a 2 month cycle but looking at say feb1 thru March 31st wouldnt be helpful. I need to be able to see from feb 20 to march 19th

I hope this makes sense somedays are better than others.

I understand. The Spending Plan is set on a monthly basis within Quicken Simplifi. This is divided between Income, Planned Spending, Available Spending, and Other Spending.

what I am trying to ask is can that "monthly basis" be adjusted by custom dates rather than the first of every month?

I would need to set my spending plan starting each month on the 20th and go for 30 days from there rather than monthly spending plan starting on the 1st .. my spend plan needs to go from 20th of one month to the 19th of the next ..since my pay cycle is not the first of the month.

It can’t be done the way you want at this time. It is locked to the calendar month.
