Missing Transactions for Space Coast Credit Union

I was unable to connect to SCCU for more than a week so I reset my connection. My balances have updated correctly, but the transactions are missing.

Thanks for letting us know! Approximately how many transactions are missing within the account? I would see if a completely fresh connection resolves the issue. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

About 6 transactions are missing and all are after 4/16. I tried making the accounts manual before and that did not work when this happened last time. I had to completely delete the account and re-add to get it to work a couple of months ago. I do not want to have to do that again.

I understand. I wouldn't advise you to delete your account in this case, anyways. I would still have you try the steps I provided to see if they work in this case, though. Let us know if it does!

Thanks for the information. Can you provide the payee name, date, and amount of the missing transactions? We will also need logs to be sent to us as well.
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
