    Thank you for confirming @ben510,

    So that we can add you to the ticket, please provide the following additional information:

    1. A screenshot of the example transactions from the bank's website.
    2. A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.

    If you are not comfortable posting that information here, please send the information via DM.

    Additionally, please send logs. You can do that by following these steps:

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    @ben510, thanks for giving those steps a try and posting back!

    We received the DM, but we will need a bit more data from you:

    1. The name of the account the transactions are duplicated in, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
    2. The Date, Action, Security/Payee, and Amount of 3 example transactions that are currently duplicated in Quicken Simplifi.
    3. A screenshot of the example transactions in Quicken Simplifi.
    4. A screenshot of those same example transactions from the bank's website.

    Hey everyone!

    It looks like our engineering team has a pretty good handle on the issue, and the ticket is now awaiting a fix to be implemented. I'm not sure how long the fix will take, but we do now have an Alert that you all can follow for updates:

    @ben510, I'll let you know if we end up needing an additional example, but for now, you can disregard my latest request for info.
