PHH Mortgage not updating loan amount

I am connected to PHH Mortgage or (mortgagequestions.com/phhm). For the past several months the balance on Simplifi does not match the amount from PHH. I try manually refreshing and it says it updates successfully but the amount in Simplifi is still the same. The only way to update to the correct amount is to completely delete the loan account and re-add it.
I tried resetting the connection but then I get a different error. Sorry I can't remember what it was and I didn't get a screenshot. Its easily reproducible. Something about a security token not found in the database.

When the balance is incorrect, I would suggest establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank by following these steps:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
If the issue occurs again after doing so, please let us know before you do anything else so we can gather specific data and proof of the issue from you.
