Neuberger Berman updated the url for their user web portal, resulting in the old one no longer working for Simplifi. The new web portal can be accessed here:
Please update the integration so I can view my brokerage account in Simplifi again. Thank you!

I went ahead and moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests so we can do some troubleshooting and potentially escalate the issue you're now experiencing.
With that, I see from our end that you're receiving an FDP-103 error with the 'Neuberger Berman BD LLC' bank option. Is this the bank option you were connected to when the account was working? There is also a different bank option listed as 'Neuberger Berman - Mutual Fund Access' — have you given this one a try?
Please start by following these steps to establish a fresh connection with the bank, and give both bank options a try:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank and use the 'Neuberger Berman BD LLC' bank option.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
- If the connection is not successful, go back through the Add Account again and select the 'Neuberger Berman - Mutual Fund Access' option.
- If that connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
