Having trouble connecting to Apple Wallet (edited)

Hello have been having trouble connecting to my Apple Card for the last few weeks. I have gone and reviewed all the discussions I am still havinging issues. I use both my Mac and phone and I understand the work around that allows the phone to connect and update. I was connected to Apple wallet but none of my accounts (credit, card, savings and wallet) would update.
After trying all the options suggested in the support page I decided to delete the connection to my apple account and start over. So from my phone I choose setting and accounts and then choose the plus in the top right corner. Right at the top is apple wallet which I selected.
The connect to apple wallet page comes up
I then chose continue and get the apple wallet connected screen
I chose continue and scroll down to apple wallet which is at the bottom of accounts…
Clicking on the update arrow does nothing….clicking on the 3 dots gives options but none of them do anything get me to where I can connect my accounts.
If I choose add a new account it loops me back to the Apple Wallet connected screen. If I choose reset account it loops me back to the apple Wallet connected screen. I can delete the institution but going back to accounts and adding the apple wallet gets me to the same place here.
Can I have some help on resolving this or some suggestions to correct this.

@Altdata, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Please give these steps a try and let us know how it goes:
Make the Apple Wallet account manual temporarily (if not already manual):
- Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
- Select Settings and then Accounts.
- Locate the Account you'd like to make 'manual' and click the three dots at the end of it.
- Select Make manual.
- Click Confirm.
Check third-party access to your Apple Wallet information:
- Go to Settings in your Apple Account.
- Tap on Privacy & Security.
- Select Wallet.
- Choose Quicken Simplifi (or any other relevant third-party app).
- Make sure to select Allow All Activity.
- Re-add your Apple Wallet account.
To link the account(s) found to your existing account(s), follow these steps:
- Select the pencil icon for each account.
- Click the Link to dropdown menu.
- Select the existing account from the list.
- Click Update, and then click Confirm once each account selection is completed.
We look forward to your reply!

Okay this document solved my problem. And I want to document it here. The problem was from a iOS update that happened about a month ago (probably ios18.4.1) that reset the permission settings. The correct solution was go back in to privacy and security and then check that Quicken Simplifi has access to wallet
This should probably be there first thing to check when a system update occurs. Perhaps in future updates of simplifi there could be a warning that simplify does not have access to wallet and how to changes this rather then it just stops working.
Hope this helpful to others…
