Unable to connect to Beacon Credit Union

I don’t know if they’re related, but I bank with Beacon Credit Union and am affected by the current outage. I did a chat season recently (in last three weeks) with Simplifi to troubleshoot why I can’t use the account to account transfer feature with any of my Beacon accounts. We didn’t get it resolved and it was escalated. I haven’t heard back from Simplifi support with an update, yet.
