Neverending spinning in the Taxes and P&L Reports with a Custom Date Range of less than 1 month

I have tried this several times over the last few weeks and I keep getting the same issue. The purple spining circle/wheel. I use reports weekly to track my spending and filter but have not been able to for the last few weeks as of 5/2/25. I can see the whole month and previous months but can't select a date range of less than a month. Any week or 2 week period get the purple spinning wheel. Doesn't matter which usage either. I have updated chrome, restarted computer, tried on the Microsoft app as well as chrome and its the same thing.

Hello @elaceeps,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When you say you tried on the Microsoft app, are you referring to using Edge browser? Is the purple circle you're seeing a loading icon, or something else? Which reports are you seeing this happen with?
If you haven't already done so, please try logging out of Quicken Simplifi, then logging back in, and test to see if that resolves the issue.
I look forward to your response!

I have the app downloaded on my computers from the microsoft store for my windows computer. I have tried it on chrome, which is up-to-date as well and the edge browser. Same result
Yes the purple circle is the loading and it just spins and spins. This happens when in the reports area and the date range is less than one month. Last month works but anyting less than that it just spins. I attached a screenshot below. This has been going on for a few weeks and really impacting my budgeting as I track things weekly. I have not be able to fully use Quicken Simplifi since mid April.
Yes I have sign out and in again, restarted the computer and the browser. Its still not working.

@elaceeps, thanks for the reply!
I see in your screenshot that you're using QBP, so I have moved your post to the correct area of the Community. With that, I think I'm able to replicate this. To be specific:
- I only see the issue in the Profit & Loss and the Taxes Reports
- I only see the issue when using a custom Date Range that is less than a month
- I do not see the issue when I use the preset Date Range of 'Month to Date'
Does this behavior seem to align with what you're seeing? If so, I can go ahead and get it reported!
Let us know!

@elaceeps, thanks for the reply!
You are using Quicken Simplifi Business & Personal, which is known as QBP. You posted in the personal-only area of the Community (the personal-only version of the program is just known as Quicken Simplifi). Moving your post doesn't have anything to do with the issue being fixed; it just keeps the Community organized and allows us to properly look at your issue based on the product you're using.
With that, I have filed a bug report ticket for this behavior. As a side note for other users who may see this issue, I also see it in the Taxes Report of the personal-only version of Quicken Simplifi.
I will post back here with updates!
