I have two credit cards with Cap One and they are both reading from just one of the accounts.

How do I tell the second account to read a different card? The log on information is different as well.

That's strange especially if they have different logins. I would make the second account manual and then add an account with the second login and carefully link the account, if Simplifi finds it, with the old, now manual, account. (Note that Simplifi will create a new account by default so link it).

If the old, now manual, account has no transactions, I would delete it and create a new account for the second login.

    Hello @cvd,

In addition to the troubleshooting @SRC54 provided, one other possibility is if one of the cards is a sub account of the other.

That could happen if the primary card holder adds an authorized user to the account. That authorized user would have their own separate card number and their own login, but the account would still be tied to the primary account.

    I hope this helps!
