When I try to sync, I suddenly got a "Cannot find cloud account" message.

I've been using Quicken Premier (Mac) for 30 years, and this has never happened before! Instructions indicate I have to reconnect my accounts. Is this necessary? Is there a workaround."

Is this for a Simplifi product or a Quicken Classic product? If the latter, which I think it may be, you are in the wrong forum. As a Quicken Classic user too, I can tell you that the Cloud account can be offline for short periods of time although it is rare. In Simplifi, I cannot remember not being able to connect. But I expect that will happen once in a while. The Internet isn't perfect.
