Wells Fargo Connection not working

Hi,
I still cannot connect to my Wells Fargo accounts. I had lost connectivity a while ago, so I follwed the online instructions and moved my existing WF accounts inside Quicken Simplify to manual. Then I re-connected my Wells Fargo bank, but it does not find any accounts there; it says all accounts are already connected, and so it does not give me the chance to link anything to my manual accounts. After connecting to WF there is only a single entry under accounts for WF, but without any actual accounts.
This has been ongoing for several months; I have also filed tickets and talked to helpdesk, but it has not been fixed yet. What is the ETA for this fix?

Thanks. I had first pointed this issue out on March 8 of this year, so this has now been unresolved for about two months.
