Chime won’t connect. Care Code: 2001

Multiple attempts to connect my chime account it still doesn’t
seem to work. It will say successful and after that show the accounts with balances, but then in the dashboard view those balances are Zero and it says the accounts need to be fixed and gives that error code and a try again button. Trying again does not work either.

Thanks for reaching out! I can see the FDP-2001 error you are experiencing from our side. The error typically resolves itself within 24-48 hours. If you are continuing to see this error after 48 hours, I woudl see if a fresh connection would work here. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
