Investment Holdings is incorrect in the mobile application

    What is going on with the Investments:Holdings amounts on the app? Mine is off significantly higher, but if I go to Investments: Balances, the amounts are correct. If I look in the browser or computer app, Investments: Holdings are correct.

    This started happening this morning (5/8/25).

    Hello @HMagh,

    Thanks for reaching out. To clarify your situation, are you stating that your holdings are incorrect only in the mobile application, but correct within the web application for Quicken Simplifi? If this is the case, I would see if uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile application works to resolve the issue. Let us know!

    Thanks @Coach Jon - I figured it out. My Goldman Sach bonds (GS250) on the app is showing way off (I wish I had that much $!) but on the computer, Investments: Portfolio shows correctly.

    Here's an example:

    Number of bonds: 1000

    Price: $97 meaning it's discounted to .97

    Correct total value: $9,700

    App is calculating $97,000

    On computer or browser: calculated correctly at $9,700

    Started happening today, and uninstalling/reinstalling app didn't fix it.

    Thanks for the follow-up! I am not sure why the information would be showing up differently on the mobile application vs. the web application. Can you provide screenshots showing what this looks like on both applications, please? This would help us better understand what is occurring.
