In last couple days, on a credit card which is not used for last 5 years, it is suddenly showing a balance. I checked Macys directly and no issues there. Can you fix this?

Thanks for reaching out! If there has been no activity in the account, and there is no need to track it any longer, I would suggest marking the account as closed in Quicken Simplifi: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5149428-marking-accounts-as-closed
Otherwise, if it is still a connected account within the program, I would try resetting the connection. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4857199-when-and-how-to-reset-your-account-connections#h_037ac19bf9
