Thank you for reaching out! From our side, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-102 error when trying to connect with Chrysler Capital. We are aware of this known issue with this financial institution and are working to resolve it at this time. We do not have an ETA at this time, but you can follow our alert for this issue here:
In the meantime, you can manage your account manually within Quicken Simplifi if you would like. This support article has great instructions on how to manage your transactions:
