Hi, I'm Norelle. I haven't logged into my account for about a year and i need to clean it all up. Does anyone have any tips. How to i learn to use the app?

    @Norelle ,

    For starters, I'd request that one of the coaches (maybe @Coach Jon) reset your account from the backend by deleting all your old transactions. Consider whether you also want them to delete any account syncs, recurring series, etc. That way, you could start from scratch. Personally, I learn by trial and error, but you might consider searching for "Simplifi Tutorial" on YouTube. There are some pretty good ones out there.

    You might also read Quicken's Support page (click here) which has a lot of good articles about how to get started.

    Then, as you have questions, let us know in the forum.
