Latest Android Update Made App Non-functional

In the last upgrade to 5.30.0 on Android I get an "Error Something went wrong" Screen when the app launches.

I have reinstalled, cleared cache, tried different android phones, etc. It works on chrome, but not on the simplifi app itself on my android phone.

Android Version: 15

One UI Version: 7.0

    Are you still having a problem on your phone? I have a Samsung phone and a Samsung tablet both updated to Android V. 15 and One UI 7.0. I'm not seeing any problem with QS Mobile 5.30.0 on either device.

    Try going into app settings in system settings, and under storage, clear cache and data. Uninstall and reinstall may alternatively work. Try again, you will have to log in fresh. Reboot and check network connection too.

    I have tried clearing cache. It did not fix it. Yes I'm still experiencing this problem on multiple devices.

    it was just an idea, i am a former android user and that fixed most problems. I have been using ios since September and the same version of app is working fine here, i am just another user like you.

    Hello @carbonj,

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. You mentioned this is happening on multiple devices. Which Android devices is this happening on (brand, model, etc.)?

    Do you have any antivirus or VPN on the affected devices? If so, have you tried pausing them when launching Quicken Simplifi?

    The latest update to 5.30.1 has resolved the issue.

    I have this same issue with the iOS app since 5.30.0 came out. Get an error when I log in and then after that the app just crashes when it starts. I see in the release posts there is supposed to be 5.30.2 but it’s not available on the App Store. Is there an update for iOS? How do I get the update?

    I have already deleted and reinstalled the app many times, it does not help.

    @jtp10181, it looks like 5.30.2 is still awaiting App Store approval. As soon as they approve it, it will be available in the iOS App Store.
