Seasons FCU FDP-102 error; is now Ellafi Federal Credit Union (edited)

Seasons Federal credit Union just was bought by Ellafi Federal credit Union. The website is www.ellafifcu.org. Now I can’t manage my account and simplify. Please add it. I already made the request from the Account section. Is anybody else experiencing this?

    Yes. I have tried for two days. About ready to quit Quicken.

    Thank you for letting us know about this change. To assist with this, please provide additional information. Were your Seasons FCU accounts previously connected and able to update in Quicken Simplifi, or did you encounter this issue when trying to add the accounts? What is the exact URL (web address) that you use when logging into your accounts directly through the financial institution website?

    On our end, I can see that you're getting FDP-102 (server timeout) errors. Is that the error you're seeing on your end when attempting to connect/update your accounts?

    I can see that you both have been getting the error for longer than 2 days. While it is likely that the error is being caused by the change to the website, we do still need to do some troubleshooting before we can escalate the issue.

    Please try making your accounts with Seasons FCU manual, then add the accounts back into Quicken Simplifi and link them to the existing accounts.

    To troubleshoot the issue, we need to start by attempting to refresh the connection. To do that, please try making your accounts with Seasons FCU manual, then add the accounts back into Quicken Simplifi and link them to the existing accounts.

    I have escalated the FDP-102 error with Seasons FCU to our service provider and explained the situation. I will post back with updates!

    @SLTLFE, yes, we understand the issue and have explained it in the escalation ticket, as mentioned above. We've heard back from our service provider on the escalation, and they'd like you to give the Seasons FCU connection another try.
