Quicken 2009 Deluxe Upgrade

I am still using the Quicken 2009 Deluxe edition with no online backup. I would like to go to something web/app based, backup stored in the cloud, and be able to import in all my history of the last 16 years. Would Quicken Simplifi be the best choice?

1. Quicken Simplifi is cloud based; there is no physical file on your computer.
2. Quicken Classic is stored directly on your computer. It does have companion apps that give some limited web/mobile functionality.

Online backups -

1. Quicken Simplifi does not offer any backups.
2. Quicken Classic allows you to make backups of your data file. If you already use a cloud service, you can save your backup files to that service. Ability to import 16 years of history -
