Union Bank & Trust (NE) returning FDP-103 error in Quicken Simplifi

Hello Union Bank & Trust (ubt.com) is and has been returning FDP-103 error for a while now. I am unable to add a new account. I tried all the ubt.com entries, they all return the same error.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I checked on our end and can see the error is alternating between FDP-102 (timeout error) and FDP-103 (invalid credentials). Is the FDP-103 error the only one you're seeing on your end?
To start troubleshooting this, please do the following:
- Verify your login information
- – Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
- Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
- Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
- Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.
What kind of account(s) are you trying to connect (Checking, Savings, Investment, etc.)? What is the exact URL you use when logging into your account(s) directly through the financial institution website?

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I only see one with Union Bank & Trust Company - NE, and it was yesterday. It does show an FDP-102 error; are you stating that the FDP-103 error you were receiving when you started this thread on May 11th is no longer occurring, and you are now only seeing an FDP-102 error?
Also, have you ever had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi, or is this your first attempts at adding it? If the former, which bank option was it connected to? I'm not currently seeing a bank option in Quicken Simplifi called "Union Bank & Trust Company - NE", so I'm not sure how you were able to use this option, or if it would even be the correct one. To confirm, what is your bank's URL?
