Add Sharebuilders 401K - Ascensus (edited)

Hi - I am getting this error when using this connection for my sharebuilders 401k account. Please note that I am not able to sign in through this link: https://myaccount.ascensus.com/sharebuilder401k/account/login but rather I sign in using https://secure.ascensus.com/login/401ksharebuilder/participant . Is this a known issue? I have seen similar threads that say others were having the same issue, but no obvious resolution posted.

    When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I can also see the FDP-102 error with Ascensus - RP Link. To clarify, have you ever had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi, or is this your first time trying to add it? If the former, was it linked using the Ascensus - RP Link bank option?

    An FDP-102 error is a generic error we often see with Ascensus - RP Link. For this particular error with this particular bank, we recommend trying to connect outside of peak hours, such as in the evening or over the weekend.

    The best way to determine if the Ascensus - RP Link will work for your specific account is to click the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi and then see if you are able to sign in on the new tab that opens to the bank's website:

    Hi! I am unable to login from any links directly on ascensus.com. Instead I have to use the link I mentioned above. I am also able to (after being redirected) sign in via Sharebuilders401k website: https://www.sharebuilder401k.com/%2C but I couldnt find a link for that in simplifi. I have never connected my sharebuilders401k account (it is brand new to me).

    It sounds like we don't have an existing connection for your account, unfortunately. With that, I turned this into a Missing Financial Institution Request. We can't guarantee if or when we'll be able to add support for a requested bank, but this will allow us to keep you updated with any information that becomes available.
