Accounts at TD Bank with separate login credentials being lumped together

    @ejs, hello again!

    I received an update on the escalation for this issue, and although they don't think the issue is resolved yet, they'd like you to give it another try so they can look at some backend data that occurs during the connection process. Can you follow those same steps posted above again, and let me know how it goes, please?

    1. Make all of your TD Bank accounts manual by following the steps here.
    2. Make your wife's TD Bank account manual as well.
    3. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank and enter your credentials.
    4. In the window where you authorize your accounts, leave all of them checked.
    5. Carefully link the accounts found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here
    6. Go back through steps 3-5 using your wife's credentials.

    @Coach Natalie, I just retried all the same steps, and everything happened again exactly as described in my August 27th post.
