401k and target

I have been to use simplifi And my target 401k

This this work a few months ago but it stopped working and I've been trying to get it reattached and reconnected

I did the entire account and then try it again but it just does not seem to work

Does anyone any idea how to make Target 401K through alight work with simplify

Any help Will be greatly appreciated

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see from our side your attempts to connect to Alight - Target. Are you receiving a specific error when trying to connect? If you could supply a screenshot of what you are seeing from your side, this would be helpful for us as well.

    Thanks for the screenshot @GeoFisher!

    From the screenshot, I can see that you are trying to connect from the mobile application. Have you tried from the Quicken Simplifi web application to see if that works in getting you connected? If you log in at the banks website, can you verify if the URL you are accessing matches what is in Quicken Simplifi?

    I get the same error whether I'm using the mobile app or the web app

    Also I'm not too sure that the web URL is visible for me to see to see if it's actually logging on to the same place

    What is the exact URL that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website? We can use this information to verify if you are using the correct connection option and to see if there are alternate connection options that may work.

    You mentioned that you were previously connected, and then it stopped working. Do you recall which connection option you were originally connected to? When it stopped working, did you see any error messages/codes?

    I think this is the url that I logon to alight with.

    It stopped working about 6 weeks ago.

    It uses Plaid to connect, I believe……….

    I get the plaid logon, and authenticates to my phone and then just sits there trying to authenticate, and then fails with the above screenshots.

    Diggin in a little more, I find when I use simplifi to select alight - target it is a different url. it is digital.alight.com, but when I logon directly to target alight site to manage the 401k, it is

    I think alight changed how the 401k URL is materialized. :)

    Thank you for the replies. If you can help us by supplying the following information, we can look at getting this issue escalated. Feel free to DM this information if you prefer:

    • The name of the account(s), as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
    • The name of the account(s), as it appears on the bank's website.
    • Has there been any recent changes made to the bank's website or its sign-in process?
    • A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).

    If you can also supply logs this would be beneficial:

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    I can understand being wary when sharing information in your Quicken Simplifi program, but in order to escalate this issue, we will need this information. We will not be able to continue troubleshooting without it, unfortunately.

    Can you share with me if other customers are having problems with simplify and Target alight 401k

    I'm assuming this is a plaid issue but can it validate that.

    I pay for simplify and if I can't get this to work I'm going to go ahead and stop my subscription
