Issues connecting to Citi (edited)

I've tried resetting it myself several times, removed and then invited access via the Citi app, and no luck. Called Quicken/Simplifi support and they were no help. Neither was Citi who seemed just as clueless (well they are generally useless for most things in general..lol)
Has anyone gotten Citi to work for them and if so, how?

Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error for you from our side for Citibank. Can you let us know if you are experiencing an error or what specifically is happening? If you could supply screenshots showing the problem, this would help as well.

I already have a ticket # and have not heard back anything though they told me they would!! Ticket # - 11761913
This happens with any Citi account I try. I have two (Citi Double Cash and Citi Costco Anywhere)

Citi sees no connection attempt from their end so this seems to be a simplifi issue. Why does Simplifi have so many problems with Citi??
