Cannot connect UBS Online Services / wrong URL

Currently I am not able to connect my UBS account to Simplifi. When I attempt to add an account with UBS Online Services, I see that the login URL listed is https://www.ubs.com/global/en/ubs-logins.html, and I receive Care Code: FDP-103 after I enter my information. When I log into UBS online however, the login URL is instead https://onlineservices.ubs.com/cauth/wma/signin#/login
Is this different URL the cause of the account problem and if so, can it be fixed to the correct Online Services URL? Or, what other fixes are there?

Thanks for reaching out! We are aware of this known issue with UBS Online Services and do have an alert you can follow for updates here:
In the meantime, you can add your accounts as manual accounts for right now, and keep track of the account with manual transactions in the meantime as well, while we work to resolve this alert. You can either manually enter the transactions or import the transactions via a CSV file. This support article goes over how to do this in more detail:
