@jackie21, thanks for reaching out to the Community with this issue!
When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see an FDP-103 error, which indicates that invalid credentials are being used. However, if you're seeing a QCS-0429-2 error on your end, you will want to do the following:
- Make the account manual by following the steps here.
- Wait 24 hours without any connection attempts to the bank at all.
- After a full 24 hours have passed with no connection attempts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
