When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see an FDP-103 error, which indicates that invalid credentials are being used. However, if you're seeing a QCS-0429-2 error on your end, you will want to do the following:

Make the account manual by following the steps here.
Wait 24 hours without any connection attempts to the bank at all.
After a full 24 hours have passed with no connection attempts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
