Category and Client cancel each other.

BUG? Everytime I add a category to a transaction my Client/Project name disappears. I can't have a category and a client name at the same time?

    @MrKing, thanks for posting to the Community!

    I'm not personally seeing an issue with adding a Client and Project to a transaction and having that transaction retain its Category.

    With that, are you seeing this issue on the Quicken Simplifi Web App or the Mobile App? Can you provide a screenshot of the Transaction Detail view so we can get a clearer picture of what you're seeing?

    This happens to me too. Not consistently but pretty often. I thought I was going crazy because I knew i had added both. For me, I think it's usually the category that cancels out.

    It would also be nice to select several transactions that have the same split allocation, and be able to enter them. Right now, when you select multiple transactions, it only allows you to enter in one category and client.

    Here's one that just happened. I entered in a category but had to go out and create a new client. I came back in and after I assigned the new client, it switched the category to uncategorized

    I think I figured it out. If you assign it to a client who has not had any previous transaction, assigned to it, it will clear the category. I tried assigning to a client who has had other transactions assigned and it kept the category, but as soon as I created a test one, it wiped out the category.
