Hi. I have 2 billers that are no longer updating… New bill has been out for over a week. Unable to re-connect… Anyone else have an issue?

When viewing your Biller connections for AT&T and WE Energies from our end, I see successful connections. The Billers themselves also appear to be in a healthy status. With that, I would suggest disconnecting and then reconnecting to each of them —

Hi. It took a couple of tries with AT&T, but successful. Visible and Travelers Insurance still don't connect…

I'm glad to hear you were able to get AT&T reconnected! When viewing Visible and Travelers from our end, it looks like they are not currently supported by our Biller Service Provider. For now, we recommend just trying to connect every so often in hopes that the connection is enabled at some point.

Glad you got it to work. I had a lot of trouble with AT&T losing connection to Simplifi. For months, I didn't bother, but it seems to be working lately. Knock on wood.
