Can we please have an actual register with look ahead as we do in classic please

Would you please clarify what you mean by "look ahead"?

In Classic, I can see upcoming reminders if I wish. Or I can turn that off.

In Simplifi, I can open the Projected Cashflow to see upcoming recurring transactions and future dated transactions as well as the Cashflow graph.
