Optum Bank HSA Connection Error FDP-106

I'm having trouble connecting to this account. I've read the previous threads about this and have made the account manual and tried adding a new account, but still get the exact same error message. Please advise how I can resolve this.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot, please provide additional information. Is this happening when trying to add an account that was not previously connected in Quicken Simplifi, or was it previously connected, but now won't update/reconnect? What is the URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website?

The Optum urls in the list are "Optum Financial.com". The sign-on requires "Optum Bank.com"

Thanks for the reply. At this time, Optum is not currently supported due to a security change where they no longer allow downloads. Optum is in our Unsupported Banks alert that you can follow here for updates if that changes:
In the meantime, you can track the account within Quicken Simplifi by manually entering or importing your transactions. Here are some helpful support articles that explain how:
