I live in the UK and have recently purchased Quicken online. I have been waiting for over a week of an activation code to be sent to me. Could somebody please advise how to get hold of it? I have tried to look at support but everything seems to be geared towards the US and Canada.

This is Quicken Simplifi, it sounds like you're talking about Quicken Classic. https://community.quicken.com is where you find them. Quicken Simplifi is entirely on the web/app and there shouldn't be a needed activation code to access it.

Note, however, that Quicken Simplifi MIGHT not be available in the UK yet officially. My understaning is it was originally USA only, and now may support Canada. I'm unsure if they added other country support yet.
