Stifel balance is incorrect (edited)

The issue of balances not updating correctly in Simplifi for Stifel investments is a known issue that I've been tracking since last year. I found multiple questions on it in your community, i.e. people like me who have investments with Stifel that can't fully use Simplifi because of the issue, but the responses are always pointing back to the same post from Sep 2024 that basically says "working on it, check back." Each of those discussions are closed and most recently, that Sep post we are directed to check for updates was removed or blocked for access. Is the issue being worked at all? Something? Anything?

I don't see any open Alerts for Stifel; if you were tracking one and can no longer view it due to a permission error, it was likely the Alert that was resolved and subsequently archived in March. I also don't see any open escalations for Stifel balance issues for Quicken Simplifi.
With that, if you're seeing an incorrect balance in Quicken Simplifi, please begin by establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank to see if doing so corrects things:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
