Web and App version not syncing properly

I frequently move back and forth between the app on my phone and the web version (app) and they are not syncing correctly. I spend the time to recategorize transactions and mark them as reviewed but when I go from web to app (or app to web) a few days later, several items are not marked appropriately and I have to redo my work. Not sure what is going on since I always make sure I run a sync and still things are missing.

    @lisadenver, thanks for posting to the Community!

    Are you sure that the data isn't syncing between the Mobile and Web Apps, or has the data perhaps reverted in both locations when you notice it in one? The next time you notice a change was reverted on either the Web or Mobile Apps, please check on the other platform to see if the change was also reverted there. If this is the case, I don't think the issue would pertain to syncing.

    If the issue is specific to transactions being marked as "reviewed" while pending, and that "reviewed" status being reverted once the transaction clears, we have an existing thread for that issue here:

    For that issue, I was able to replicate it yesterday and we filed a bug report. I will make sure to have @Coach Jon provide the escalation ticket number in that thread so you can follow it for updates if needed.
