I lost my connection with the above bank several months ago. No one can it up and working.
I can get in my account with my username and password with no problem on the banks website.
I just cannot get quicken to work with it.

Typically, you will receive error code 103 when an invalid username and password have been entered for the bank you are trying to connect with.
