DCU - Not downloading data

I've been trying to update the past couple of days. Last night there was a message returned that Quicken was having trouble connecting to DCU and to try again later. Today when I tried again, I get a message saying transactions had been downloaded when none had,
Any idea when I'll be able to download the data that I need from my accounts?
