Member Share not linking with Apple Federal Credit Union

I have accounts at the Apple Federal Credit Union. These accounts are the member share (savings), checking, savings (money market), HELOC, and credit card. When I enter to get these accounts to be linked in Quicken Simplifi, the member share account does not link or show as available for linking. So, this member share account only has a balance of $5, but that is not the point, the account will not be linked in the program.
Is this a Quicken issue or an Apple Federal Credit Union issue? I all these accounts linked in Quick Classic, which am slowly migrating away from.

Hello @Dick_Davis,
Thanks for reaching out! To clarify your situation, all accounts from Apple Federal Credit Union show up as available to link in Quicken Simplifi, except the member share savings account?
If you can answer the following questions, this would help us determine what is going on and further investigate:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e., are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
- The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website (the page that lists all accounts and balances - feel free to redact any private info) that has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).
- A screenshot of the Add Account screen in Quicken Simplifi showing that the account in question is missing at account discovery.

The answers to your questions are after the question.
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days? Each account has activity except for the member share account, which stagnates until an interest deposit is posted.
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e., are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to? Not that I am aware. Since this is not a problem in Quicken Classic, I say no.
- Is the account a subtype of a different account? No
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process? Not that has been published.
- Are you the owner of the account? As the joint owner, the accounts are showing on my Apple FCU dashboard, image Screenshot 2025-05-23 141036 Apple FCU Dashboard.
- The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website. Each account name is shown in the image, Screenshot 2025-05-23 141036 Apple FCU Dashboard.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website (the page that lists all accounts and balances - feel free to redact any private info) that has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser). Hello @Dick_Davis,
Thanks for the information I requested! To clarify one of your answers, you mentioned you were a joint owner of the account in question. Would this mean you are the Primary account owner, or are you an authorized user of some sort?
