Lost Transactions for NFCU
I've lost all Simplifi data for NFCU earlier than November of 2024. My other accounts still have their data back to 2022.
How do I recover or reconstruct this missing data?

I am sorry to hear that your information was lost. Can you clarify on how it was lost if you know? As for getting the information back, I would suggest importing your transactions via a CSV file into Quicken Simplifi. Be sure they are properly formatted before starting the import process. Depending on your bank, you may be limited to downloading the last 90 days of transactions. If you need transactions older than 90 days, you will need to contact your bank for further assistance.

Thanks for the link Jon. I'll look into the CSV import.
Regarding 'when', regrettably I don't know. I remember there was a change in NFCU login around that time so there may have been an issue with mapping the old screen-scraped data to the new clean aggregator feed.

Thanks for the reply. Since you mentioned the change in the connection around that time, I would have you verify if you possibly have two different accounts within Quicken Simplifi, one new account and one old account. If you do, the older account may have your old data.
