2025/05/27: KeyBank / zzz-Key: This Bank is not available right now

Receiving the following error (title) when attempting to connect to KeyBank accounts. I have already attempted the 'incognito' browser as well as resetting the connection. Anyone else having this issue?

When viewing your most recent connection attempts with KeyBank Online Banking in Quicken Simplifi, I see an FDP-101 error. Do you receive an FDP-101 error on your end as well?
Also, can you explain what you mean by "KeyBank / zzz-Key" in your title? If a bank has "zzz" in Quicken Simplifi, it is usually a discontinued option, and I don't see an active "zzz" option for KeyBank in Quicken Simplifi. I also don't see that KeyBank Online Banking shows that the bank isn't available right now, so I think we need more clarity on what you are experiencing within Quicken Simplifi.
Additionally, have you ever had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi? If so, which bank option was it connected to? And what type of account are you attempting to connect? It looks like the option listed as 'KeyBank Online Banking' shows a URL for small businesses. Are you able to click on this URL from within Quicken Simplifi and sign into the new page that opens to the bank's website? This will help determine if it's the correct bank option for your specific account.
