Web App: Scrolling is unpleasant and unpredictable
I haven't tried other browsers, but scrolling the web app in Chrome doesn't work very well.
One obvious cause are the small black popups that display the full account name or transaction details that get truncated- if the cursor is over the bubble, you can't scroll in that section. This is unpleasant when you have many in a row (specially in the accounts section) and they all pop up quickly and overlap while you are scrolling, essentially blocking any pixels through to the area that are scrollable. Please implement scrolling through the popups, no one needs to scroll within the popup.
But more confusing is moving the cursor between sections and hovering over an account for instance will sometimes not allow scrolling. Hard to tell if something related to hand-off between sections is not working, but I can also reproduce the issue just scrolling up and down in the accounts section. Once scrolling stops working, I have to hover down to a different row/account/heading before scrolling will start working again.

Thanks for reaching out and providing feedback! Can you clarify what you mean by the small black popups? Perhaps sharing some screenshots here showing the issue you are experiencing would assist us in understanding. I use Chrome myself for Quicken Simplifi and haven't noticed anything strange regarding scrolling. Let us know!
