Settings>Accounts: Sort the 'Manual Accounts' section with open accounts first (edited)

I'm not sure if any of the account sorting requests already cover this, but I would like to see manual accounts sorted in the Settings —> Account page so that open accounts are listed first (either have it default this way or have an option to set it this way). I have dozens and dozens of manual accounts, most of which are closed, and it is a pain to scroll through them all looking for the open ones when I need to do so.
