Make it more obvious when filters are applied to the register (edited)

When filters are being used on the register, highlight the cell in the filter bar that is filtering the values. It can be challenging to figure out why some transactions aren't appearing, until you realize a filter is set, but you didn't know it because the filter being set looks very similar to no filter being set.
