How to add account Voya mutual funds

When trying to add everything works great until after giving account and password a prompt comes to verify by sending an sms with code. Simplify comes back with error?

    Thank you for letting us know you're having trouble connecting with Voya. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What is the exact URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website? This information can help identify which connection option to use.

    I can see that you tried several different connection options. Most of them were showing a FDP-103 (invalid credentials) error. Is that what you saw on your end also? Did you see any other error messages/codes? If so, what did you see and with which connection option?
